To end perfectly and Italian meal, just drink a drop of this delicious lemon liqueur called Limoncello.

Preparation
- Peel all the lemons and keep the peels.
- Put them in a jar and add the vodka. Close the jar and leave to macerate for 2 weeks, in a dark and cold place.
- After 2 weeks, boil the water and the sugar together, and add it to the content of the jar. Close it and leave 24 hours.
- Then, strain the mix to take the peels out, and put the Limoncello in a bottle. Put in the freezer for a few hours.
- There you are, your homemade Limoncello is ready!
