A lost pie called plasto: leek and feta pie with cornbread crust

- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice cleaned leeks (white and green parts) into small pieces and blanch in boiling water for a few minutes to soften.
- Drain under cold water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix 2/3 of the entire corn bread mixture with enough of equal parts water and oil to make a grainy paste.
- Spread mixture in circular tanks covering the bottom and sides.
- Smash feta and eggs with a fork, then add the leeks.
- Have leek filling on top of the pie corn masa.
- Then the powder with the rest of the corn mixture, wetting the top with oil and the remaining water (use more if necessary).
- Bake for 50 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
