  • Fry the ingredients in oil.
  • Grind the fried ingredients into a coarse powder,to make the curry powder.
  • Slice the Donda kaya and pressure cook with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of tamarind paste.
  • Dondakaya pieces in pressure cooker.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked,add the curry powder and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
