Salisbury steak

Ingredients

Hamburger Patty:

• 600 g beef mince
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 pieces medium-sized eggs
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablepsoon sesame oil

Mushroom Gravy:

• 2 cups brown mushrooms, sliced
• 2 1/2 cups drippings from roast meat, fat removed (You can also use beef stock but you have to triple the amount and reduce to have its volume)
• 3 tablepsoons butter
• 2 tablepsoons flour
• 1 tablepsoon onion powder
• 1 tablepsoon soy sauce
• salt
