Stuffed mirchi bajji tanjy stew/ mirchi bajji pulusu
A spicy and tangy stew with stuffed bajji.
Preparation

In a bowl take minced onions, lemon juice and chopped coriander. Mix this well.
Now slit the bajji and stuff it with the mixture.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan add onions.
Fry them at low flame.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 4min. Add red chilli powder and salt.

Add tomato pieces, saute them for 2- 3 minutes.
Add the tamarind extract with 1 1/2 cups of water and bring it to boil.

Add coriander powder and mix it well. Cut the mirchi bajji to small pieces and mix them to the stew.
Add fresh coriander and keep covered for a few minutes. Serve hot with rice.
