- In a bowl take minced onions, lemon juice and chopped coriander. Mix this well.
Now slit the bajji and stuff it with the mixture. - Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan add onions.
Fry them at low flame.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 4min. Add red chilli powder and salt. - Add tomato pieces, saute them for 2- 3 minutes.
Add the tamarind extract with 1 1/2 cups of water and bring it to boil. - Add coriander powder and mix it well. Cut the mirchi bajji to small pieces and mix them to the stew.
Add fresh coriander and keep covered for a few minutes. Serve hot with rice.
