Homemade healthy snickers bars with dates
We all know the delicious Snickers chocolate bars with a good taste of peanuts and chocolate! Their only flaw? The large amount of sugar, which makes it a guilty pleasure... We have prepared a recipe for healthy, vegan, gluten-free and no added sugar snacks, where you will be able to find all the tastes that we love in the famous chocolate bar! In addition to being a quick and no bake snack, you will only need 4 ingredients to make this recipe (or even 3 if you make the peanut butter yourself). It can also be an excellent snack before a workout!

Split the dates lengthwise to remove the core.
Using a pastry bag filled with peanut butter(you can also use a spoon), fill the inside of the dates.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
Put the garnished dates in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and dip the dates in it.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and arrange the dates on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Leave to rest at room temperature or in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
There you are, your homemade Snickers bars are ready !

You can replace the peanut butter with almond or hazelnut butter, for example. The butter has to be sugar free.

You can replace dark chocolate with milk chocolate or white chocolate without worries!
How to make homemade peanut butter?
You can simply blend roasted peanuts until you get a smooth texture. We roasted unroasted peanuts for 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C) to make our homemade peanut butter with a good taste of roasted peanuts.
