Very easy oriental tabbouleh

Perfect as a side for a barbecue, for a picnic, or a hassle-free meal, this tabbouleh will be ideal! Refreshingly cool, you'll enjoy this recipe filled with flavors thanks to the chopped herbs. Here, no cooking required! Simply mix your ingredients together and let the bulgur wheat swell in the refrigerator. Preparation
In a bowl, put the uncooked couscous, the lemon juice, and the olive oil.
Add the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and the chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. The couscous will swell thanks to the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well again before serving.
And there you have it, your couscous salad is ready!
Observations
Additions: don't hesitate to add ingredients such as cucumbers or bell peppers.
Tomatoes: for more sweetness, feel free to peel them before cutting.
