Couscous salad, a fresh summer dish
With a barbecue, during a picnic, or while eating a nice summer dinner, this couscous salad called taboulé will be perfect to bring freshness to your meals.
Preparation
In a bowl, put the couscous, the lemons juice and the olive oil.
Dice the tomato and add it to the couscous. Add the chopped onion, and the grounded herbs. Salt and pepper.
Mix well and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Mix well again and serve :)
There you are, your couscous salad is ready!
