With a barbecue, during a picnic, or while eating a nice summer dinner, this couscous salad called taboulé will be perfect to bring freshness to your meals.

Preparation
- In a bowl, put the couscous, the lemons juice and the olive oil.
- Dice the tomato and add it to the couscous. Add the chopped onion, and the grounded herbs. Salt and pepper.
- Mix well and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Mix well again and serve :)
- There you are, your couscous salad is ready!
