5 jaja

4 ka?ike vode
120g bra?na
malo naribane limunove korice

za nadev :

1 kg jabuka
150g ?e?era
5 ka?ika mlevenih oraha
1 vanilin ?e?er-kesica tj paketi?
limunova korica
1/2 ka?ikice cimeta
?e?er u prahu za posipanje

Priprema:

Priprema biskvita:

Prvo ulupati belanca sa vodom u ?vrst sneg dodati ?e?er potom ?umancapa bra?no i narendati limunove korice.

Gledati da limun bude iz bio uzgoja.

Ispe?i biskvite tako sto ?e te pleh obloziti pek papirom.

Pecite ga ali ne da vam previse porumeni.

Izvadite ga i pomo?u pek papira odmah ga urolajte.

Nadev:

Jabuke narendati i sa ?e?erom pirjati dok sva voda ne is?ezne a jabuke dosta omeksaju..:)

Dodati orase,vanil ?e?er i cimet.

Premazati roladu i ouviti ponovo.

Posuti prah ?e?erom...:)njami je...:)
