Bavarian Christmas Cookies

I can’t believe it’s already Christmas eve!


The presents are wrapped, and Anton and the kids baked his family’s traditional Christmas cookies yesterday. All the snow has melted down in our part of the valley, though I hear the skiing is still good up in Aspen. We might check it out this afternoon, or go ice skating! Looking for some winter activities….



This is the jam cookie recipe from Anton’s hand written recipe book. They are always so good and we all look forward to them every Christmas!



The kids have been busy tracking Santa’s progress around the world on Norad Google Earth all morning…they are very excited!!!


Have a Happy Christmas, to all who celebrate it, and a wonderful day to all who have already celebrated!
