Meatballs with Sauce (Cufte)
Preparation

Boil rice until just cooked. Rinse and drain.

In a large bowl mix together both minces, cooked rice, onion, garlic, paprika, vegeta, egg, salt and pepper.In a large pot place the oil and flour.

Stir over heat until hot and add the capsicum. Cook stirring for 1 minute then slowly add water, enough to come halfway up the sides of pot.

Add in the extra vegeta and some salt and pepper. Bring to the boil. Once boiling, stir in the tomato paste and reduce heat.

Shape meat mixture into balls a bit smaller than a tennis ball and carefully drop them in the liquid.

Turn up heat, if needed, to bring the mixture to just boiling then reduce heat and simmer for around 1 and a 1/2 hours.

Check for seasoning!Serve in large bowls with fresh bread for dipping.
