Meatballs with orange juice, ketchup and white wine

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
500 gr minced meat (250 gr minced beef and 250 gr minced pork)

1 glass of white wine

3 glasses of orange juice

1 little bottle of tomato ketchup

Preparation

  • make little meatballs of the meat
    (if the beef and pork is not mixed yet, then do it before, if it's not mixed yet, you might add salt and pepper)
    bake the meatballs without butter till they are done
    leave them in the pan and add some wine
    when the wine is almost evaporated add the orange juice
    after about 3 minutes add also the tomato ketchup
