Ingredients

• 2 small stalks of celery, with leaves
• 1/2 apple, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• Zest of 1 small lemon, plus juice
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
