Lemon honey salmon with asparagus

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 lb of salmon fillet with skin

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup of honey

1/4 cup of melted butter


Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Mix the lemon juice, honey and butter together and pour over the salmon fillet. Marinate for an hour. In the meantime, salt and pepper the asparagus, drizzle with olive oil and roast in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.

    Grill the salmon fillet on a hot grill for about 3 minutes per side. Serve with the asparagus.
