- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Let stand a few minutes for the mixture to cool slightly.
- Assembling the Lemon Posset:
Carefully fill the lemon shells with the cream, but avoid overfilling them.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until the dessert is well set.
