Brown Rice Poha
Brown Rice Poha Phoha is a good source of complex carbohydrates that provide energy. It is also high in fibre and rich in protein. The combination of poha and lemon juice maintain alkaline balance in your body. Serves: 2 Ingredients 50 g brown rice poha 200 g mixed vegetables ( onion, tomatoes and coriander ) 20 g chopped cashew nuts 10 g chopped prunes 25 g pomegranate seeds Half a lemon Soak the poha in a liitle water for 15 minutes and squeeze out, add the rest of the ingredients to this and mix.
