C?est La Vie

It is a flood zone. We are getting a lot of rain all over Mississippi this evening. Of course.

My mom called and is very uncomfortable with me driving home tonight (and to be honest, I am too), so it looks like I am not having that therapy appointment tomorrow after all.

But you know what the only thing going through my mind as I fixed an afternoon snack on my Eiffel Tower plate was?

C?est la vie. That?s life.

You know what else? I was kind of excited by the possibility of staying here and not driving back and forth for one appointment. I?m not in an unhealthy state. Nowhere near it. This visit was mainly for my own sanity. And well, honestly, I?m going to strive to find my sanity from places other than my therapist?s scale or office.
