With only 2 ingredients, recreate our Oreo cookie truffles! Easy, melt-in-your-mouth, and indulgent, they are perfect for your tea or coffee break or to create a delightful dessert plate. You will need Oreo cookies, sweetened condensed milk, and... that's it! The only thing left to do is watch our explanatory video to easily follow the steps to make these truffles!

Open the Oreos by twisting them apart. Use a knife to scrape out the cream and set it aside.
Place the cookie parts in a blender and blend finely to obtain a powder. You will only need half of the cookies, so you can keep the rest. Set aside.
In a pan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the Oreo cream. Heat over medium heat and stir.
The cream will melt into the condensed milk, which will liquefy. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate for 2 hours. After this time, use a teaspoon to scoop out some of the cream and form a ball with your hands. If it sticks too much, lightly oil your hands before shaping the balls.
Finish by rolling each ball in the cookie powder.
And there you have it, your Oreo truffles are ready!
