Ingredients
Materials
- Blender
- Pan
Preparation
Open the Oreos by twisting them apart. Use a knife to scrape out the cream and set it aside.
Place the cookie parts in a blender and blend finely to obtain a powder. You will only need half of the cookies, so you can keep the rest. Set aside.
In a pan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the Oreo cream. Heat over medium heat and stir.
The cream will melt into the condensed milk, which will liquefy. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate for 2 hours. After this time, use a teaspoon to scoop out some of the cream and form a ball with your hands. If it sticks too much, lightly oil your hands before shaping the balls.
Finish by rolling each ball in the cookie powder.
And there you have it, your Oreo truffles are ready!
