CANDY MARTINIS - Cotton Candy Martini is Raspberry Inspired

Unlike it's namesake, the COTTON CANDY-TINI is not just a mouthful of sugar. Though it is a sweet martini - after all it's a candy inspired martini - it is nicely balanced with raspberry flavors and a small amount of Champagne. These give this martini a lovely "nose" and a nice fruity taste.

If you can find actual cotton candy - sometimes Walmart or other stores will sell it in a bag - it's a really fun way to garnish the martini. You drop a small ball of the cotton candy on top just as you serve it and watch it melt and dissolve into the martini. Nice special effects!
