For an original Candlemas, present your crepes in the form of sweet samosas filled with apples and caramel. A very easy recipe to make with children for dessert or snack! A simple technique to master that will allow you to create beautiful triangular treats. Feel free to vary the fillings to offer different flavors to your guests!

    In a bowl, mix together the flour and the salt. Form a well, and add the eggs. Mix, then add the vanilla extract and the oil. If the mixture is too thick to combine, don't hesitate to add a little milk. Then, gradually add the milk while mixing. Once all the milk is used, cover the bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
