Cardamom Tea

After my stint with cardamom latté,I decided to go ahead and prepare cardamom flavored tea.

I used:

Milk- ½ a cup
Water ? ½ a cup
Tea leaves-1 teaspoon
Sugar to taste
Cardamom-1 pod,crushed

Bring to boil all the ingredients in a pan and simmer for a couple of minutes.Strain and sip


You can vary the water: milk ratio and quantity of cardamom used to suit your taste.
