Ingredients

• 8-10 Paneer pieces
• 1/4 cup or more hung Curd
• 1/2 tsp roasted Gram flour
• 2 tsp Ginger + Garlic paste
• 1 tblsp or more homemade Thai Red Curry
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
• 2 tsp Olive oil
• Salt to taste

Preparation

• Combine all and mix well to prepare a marinade.
• Add the paneer cubes to it keep aside for 15 -20 minutes.
• Heat the griddle, add a bit oil roast the paneer pieces til they are lightly browned on both sides.
• Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chat masala on top.
• Enjoy as is or with rice/naan/spiced roasted/grilled veggies/fruits.
