- Combine all and mix well to prepare a marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes to it keep aside for 15 -20 minutes.
- Heat the griddle, add a bit oil roast the paneer pieces til they are lightly browned on both sides.
- Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chat masala on top.
- Enjoy as is or with rice/naan/spiced roasted/grilled veggies/fruits.
