Ingredients

Number of serving: 5
8-10 Paneer pieces

1/4 cup or more hung Curd

1/2 tsp roasted Gram flour

2 tsp Ginger + Garlic paste

1 tblsp or more homemade Thai Red Curry

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Garam masala

1/2 tsp Dried Basil

2 tsp Olive oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Combine all and mix well to prepare a marinade.
  • Add the paneer cubes to it keep aside for 15 -20 minutes.
  • Heat the griddle, add a bit oil roast the paneer pieces til they are lightly browned on both sides.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chat masala on top.
  • Enjoy as is or with rice/naan/spiced roasted/grilled veggies/fruits.
