Chicken with spagetti and mushrooms
Serves : Four Time required ; 35 minutes plus marinating time You need 500 g chicken breasts 20 g rosemary 20 ml olive oil 40 g black pepper , crushed Salt to taste 40 g garlic , chopped fine 400 g tomatoes , chopped fine 80 g red bell peppers , julienned 20 g fresh basil 400 g spaghetti , cooked 80 ml white wine 200 g button mushrooms 80 g butter Method 1, Marinate the chicken breasts for half an hour with rosemary , 20 ml olive oil , black pepper and salt. 2, Heat oil and sauté garlic , tomatoes and juliennes of red bell peppers. Add seasoning and fresh basil leaves. Toss the pasta in the sauce. Keep aside. 3, Heat oil in another pan and fry the marinated chicken breasts. 4, Deglaze the pan with wine and cook the chicken till done. 5, Remove the chicken and add mushrooms. Saute well on medium heat. 6, Add pan juices , butter and stir till it reaches a sauce consistency. 7, Serve the chicken on a bed of spaghetti along with the mushroom sauce. related searches : Chicken
