1)Knorr Hyderabadi Biryani:

700 g rice

1 litre water + 300 ml water

4 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

350 g chicken ( 300 g chopped vegetables)

1 packet Knorr Ready to Cook Hyderabadi Biryani

A few mint leaves

2 tablespoon ghee

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

2)Knorr Dal Makhani:

1 cup black urad whole dal

3 cups + 2 cups water

45 g butter

1 pack Knorr Ready to Cook Dal Makhani


  • 1)Knorr Hyderabadi Biryani:
  • 2)Knorr Dal Makhani:
    In a pressure cooker, boil the dal for 5 - 6 whistles with 3 cups of water. After the dal is cooked, drain the entire cooking water and mash the dal to a paste. Take 2 cups water, butter and Knorr Ready to Cook Dal Makhani and add to the cooker with the dal paste. After 2 whistles, lower the heat and cook for a further 20 minutes. Serve hot.
