Cinnamon-Pear Smoothie
I will never tire of making smoothies. So many different flavor combinations and so many easy ways to sneak in healthy supplements. We still have a few pears left from our tree in the backyard, so I have made yet another delicious pear concoction for breakfast!
Difficulty Level: Easy What you need: 2 pears, seeded and cut into chunks 1/4 cup soy yogurt (optional) 1 cup hemp milk 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed 1 tbsp. wheat germ 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice (optional) stevia powder to taste What to do: Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
