Cointreau brownie pudding with white chocolate chips

Brownies, I love their rich fudgy deliciousness.  The only problem is, it's hard to stop at one....or two....or three......good for the lips, not for the hips!!  For this reason, I don't make them often, they are just too dangerous.

I did however make an exception recently  when I came across Ina Garten's brownie pudding recipe.  The thought of brownies and pudding combined into one delicious dish was too much to resist and I am glad I didn't.

This pudding is, in one word, sinful. It's rich, warm, gooey, chocolatey and has that slight chocolate orange flavour that I just love.  Even better, it's so easy to make and can be made in advance and re-heated when needed, making it perfect for dinner parties or whenever you want to indulge.  Combined with some homemade ice cream or good quality store bought vanilla bean ice cream it's heavenly and sure to impress your family and friends.
