Condensed Milk Pound Cake
 
Baked this the last time, mommy claims this is one of her favorite bakes from me.
I love recipes which require the use of the mixer. dump everything into the machine and here comes a sweet smelling bake! (:
Thing to note: I reduced the amount of condensed milk required to 1/3 cup as people who used this recipe before said it was way too sweet. 


the portion was pretty small too, unlike other recipes.
The taste was buttery with a tinge of condensed milk. Texture was soft and fluffy which pleased me. 
next on the list: a whole layered cake, which I have yet to master. wish me luck!
