You've probably seen this Buldak noodle trend happening on your social media! These are instant noodles popular in South Korea. They are renowned for their (very very) high level of spiciness. Buldak noodles are generally garnished with pieces of meat, eggs, vegetables or cheese to make this ramen less spicy... We tackled the carbonara flavor (which has nothing to do with an Italian carbonara, sorry but we had to mention this...) which offers an ultraaa creamy and addictive mixture, which you can enhance as you wish :-) You'll love it!

You will find Buldak in Asian grocery stores or even in certain supermarkets!
Be careful, the carbonaras are among the least spicy of the brand and they are already very spicy. If you don't tolerate chili, we don't recommend the red and black packets. We recommend you in order of spiciness: jjajang (slightly spicy), cheese, and carbonara.
