Buldak noodles are generally garnished with pieces of meat, eggs, vegetables or cheese to make this ramen less spicy... We tackled the carbonara flavor (which has nothing to do with an Italian carbonara, sorry but we had to mention this...) which offers an ultraaa creamy and addictive mixture, which you can enhance as you wish :-) You'll love it!

Where to buy Buldak ramen?
You will find Buldak in Asian grocery stores or even in certain supermarkets!
Be careful, the carbonaras are among the least spicy of the brand and they are already very spicy. If you don't tolerate chili, we don't recommend the red and black packets. We recommend you in order of spiciness: jjajang (slightly spicy), cheese, and carbonara.

How to prepare Buldak ramen?
If you want to prepare them plain without accompaniment: boil 60 cl of water in a small casserole dish. Dip the noodles into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. In your bowl or deep plate, pour the contents of the seasoning packet. Then pour in a little boiling water and mix everything together. Add the hot sauce, adjusting the quantities according to your taste and tolerance. Add the noodles, mix, it's ready!
