Ingredients

- Khoya /Milk Powder : 2 cups / 150 g
- Unsalted Butter : 4 oz /100 ml
- Condensed Milk : 1 tin /14 oz /400 ml
- Saffron : few strings (crushed or whole)
- Cardamom seeds : a few (crushed)

For Garnishing :
- Pista/Almond/Cashew pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds. Add the condensed milk and milk powder in the melted butter and mix well.

Step 2

Place this in the microwave in high and cook for minutes. Take it out and mix again thoroughly.

Step 3

Repeat the 3rd step for 3 times stirring in between each minute or till the mixture comes together.

Step 4

Stir in the saffron and add the crushed cardamom seeds and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Step 5

Grease your hands with a little ghee, divide into little balls (a bit smaller than a plum in size). Flatten slightly and arrange it in a greased plate.

Step 6

Place one piece of any nuts in each.
