Cream Cheese Brownie Bites

Happy Pink Saturday!!
These bites are really more like cookies.  They are so good!! I tried to eat just one, but I caved and ate a few!!  The combination of cream cheese and brownie.....yum!! If you need some thing quick, easy and delicious this is the recipe for you!! 
(Notice how I added a little pink!!)
Cream Cheese Brownie Bites
1 (8 oz.) brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box brownie mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream the cream cheese and butter together. Beat in the egg and add the vanilla. Add the brownie mix and beat until thoroughly mixed.  Drop by tablespoons (cookie scoop) on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes.  You want them set up but still soft.  You can roll them in powdered sugar if desired.
