Spread cream cheese on top of the sandwich bread slices. Chop some fresh chives and sprinkle them on top.
Cut the salmon slices into rectangles that fit on top of the bread slices, leaving a 0.5 inch border at the top.
Place the toast on a piece of plastic wrap and roll it to form a little yule log. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and unwrap. Spread some cream cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped fresh chives.
