Yule log toasts for christmas

Ingredients

• 4 slices crust-less sandwich bread
• 3.5 oz cream cheese
• fresh chives
• 4 slices smoked salmon

Materials

• Plastic wrap

Preparation

• Spread creamcheese on top of the sandwich bread slices. Chop some fresh chives and sprinkle on top.
• Cut the salmon slices into a rectangle so it can fit on top of the bread slice. Leave a 0.5 inch border on top.
  
• Put the toast on top of a plastic wrap and roll it to form a little yule log. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Remove from fridge and unwrap. Spread some cream cheese on top and sprinkle some chopped fresh chives.
  
• There you are, your toasts are ready for Christmas party !
