Creamy Onion Dip
Yesterday was the biggest earthquake I have ever experienced in Japan. Had I been closer the the epicenter it would have been the biggest I’d experienced in my life! (I think I shook more in Costa Rica about 20 years ago.) Then there are the tsunamis, which add a whole new layer to the devastation. There are losses to mourn and much rebuilding to start now. The positive thing to come out of this tragedy is a renewed sense of understanding of what is important in life, a bonding in and of the community, and more respect for mother nature. And more respect for our health. Eat well, everyone!
