Spring onion rice recipe

Ingredients

Number of serving: 1
Cooked Rice - 1 cup

Spring (green) Onions - 5 to 6 - chopped well

Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 2 teaspoons

Garlic - 1 clove - chopped into bits

Green Chillies - 2 to 3 - slit in between

Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 1 to 2 tablespoons

Oil to saute

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Saute the jeera, green chillies and garlic in oil. Make sure the green chilli flavor sinks in well.
  • Add butter, fry spring onions until golden brown, add garam masala and salt.
  • Now mix the rice and fry well in the heat, toss and serve hot!!
