Observations

Can I store the onion frittata?

You can store the frittata in the refrigerator for 2 days, tightly covered with cling film or placed in an airtight container.

What can I use instead of grated parmesan?

For the onion frittata, grated grana padano or grated pecorino will also work. If using pecorino, add less salt to the beaten eggs.

Of course, once the onions are cooked, add them to the beaten eggs and mix. Then transfer everything to a dish with baking paper at the bottom and bake at 390°F (200°C) for around 20/25 minutes.

Which onions are best to use in a frittata?

Use mild-tasting onions, like white onions!
