Daliya/ Bulgur Wheat

Bulgur Wheat/ Daliya is very light and healthy option for breakfast. It is very good for upset stomach. Also, an excellent source of fiber that helps to maintain healthy digestive system

Ingredients:

Bulgur Wheat/ Daliya : 1/2 cupSugar: 1/2 cup Milk: 1/2 cupGhee/Oil : 2 tbsp
Method:

Heat oil/ ghee in pan.Add Daliya and roast on low flame till it becomes golden brown.Add water (~1-2 cups). Cook it on low flame for 40-45 mins.Add milk, sugar and take a boil on high flame.Cook for another 15 mins on low flame. Turn off the flame.Ready to serve.
