► Preparation: mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add the spinach, chopped ham, grated mozzarella and chopped fresh parsley (to taste). Fold the tortillas in an accordion shape. Place the folded tortillas side by side in the gratin dish. Pour the ham mixture on top. Press the filling into the spaces between the tortillas. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). And that's it!

Inside we will place the pancakes, then a quick pass through the oven and we will have it. A nice bowl that we can fill with the ingredients we like the most. Easy, tasty and very original.

Shopping list: tortillas.

Materials: Curly flan mold.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Moisten your wheat tortillas with a little water (especially the edges; this will prevent them from breaking when you later arrange them in the mold). Heat them individually for 40 seconds in the microwave. Once they have softened thanks to the moisture and the heat of the microwave, place them in the mold. Make sure to press well with your fingers, the tortilla in each of the slots of the mold. Bake for 8 minutes. And that's it! All that's left to do is to fill these edible bowls with our favorite ingredients.

Preparation: place the tortilla on top of a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Spread the tomato sauce. Place the mozzarella balls cut in 2 and sprinkle the Parmesan. Finally place the basil leaves. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). And it's ready!

Here is another idea:

►Shopping list: tortilla, avocado, eggs, salt, pepper, olive oil, bacon, lamb's lettuce, emmental cheese.

► Preparation: slice the avocado. Make some scrambled eggs. Cook the bacon and reserve these 3 preparations. Put the corn tortilla on a flat surface and with the help of a knife or a pizza cutter, make a single cut from the base to the center.

Place the cut side down (this will make folding easier). Now, place the different ingredients in each quarter of the tortilla. Now all that is left to do is to fold and fold the tortilla over itself. You can toast the tortilla wrap in a sandwich maker until the outside is golden brown. If you don't have a sandwich maker, you can toast it in a greased pan with a little butter. And that's it!
