Got some tortillas lying around? Turn them into a delicious crinkle-cake gratin! With just a few simple ingredients, you'll have a complete, gourmet dish in no time at all. The combination of ham, spinach and mozzarella is a classic that works every time :-) Ideal for a quick, comforting meal!

- 1 gratin dish 14x22 cm / 5.5x8.5 inches
- 1 whisk
- 1 spatula
Preparation
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Add spinach, ham cut into small pieces, grated mozzarella and chopped fresh parsley (to taste).
Fold tortillas accordion-style.
Place folded tortillas side by side in the baking dish.
Pour ham mixture on top. Press the filling into the spaces between the tortillas.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And now your gratin is ready!
