Preparation
Prepare the onion : cut it into slices and cook them in a pan with butter until translucent.
Melt the butter in a hot pan then put the galette. Put the ham in it and spread the onions on top.
Then spread the cooked spinach and dispose the goat cheese slices on top. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the galette for about 5 minutes then fold the borders.
