It's not easy to get the whole family to eat spinach, right? What if you cooked it in a buckwheat galette version?! Paired with creamy goat cheese and a slice of ham, we're sure everyone will approve of this mix ;-) A quick and easy recipe, perfect for dinner!

Prepare the onion: cut it into slices. In a pan, melt the butter and then sauté the onion until translucent.
Melt the butter in a hot pan, then place the galette in it. Add the ham and spread the cooked onions on top.
Then spread the cooked spinach on top and place the goat cheese slices. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, then fold the edges.
It's ready! Enjoy immediately.
