Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
1 puff pastry

75 gr cream cheese

1 slice ham

1 egg

Provence herbs

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    Unroll the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese all over the surface. Cut into 16 triangles.
  • Step 2 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    Cut the ham into 16 pieces. Put each slice on a triangle and then, sprinkle with herbs.
  • Step 3 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    Roll each triangle starting rolling from the base to the top of the triangle.
  • Step 4 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    Press each side to give them the croissant form.
  • Step 5 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    Put the croissants on a baking tray with baking paper and aplly a beaten egg oin it. Bake them 20 minutes at 180°C ( 350°F).
  • Step 6 - Flaky croissants with ham and cheese
    There you are !
