Mini croissants stuffed with ham, cheese and bechamel sauce

- Unroll the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese all over the surface. Cut into 16 triangles.
- Cut the ham into 16 pieces. Put each slice on a triangle and then, sprinkle with herbs.
- Roll each triangle starting rolling from the base to the top of the triangle.
- Press each side to give them the croissant form.
- Put the croissants on a baking tray with baking paper and aplly a beaten egg oin it. Bake them 20 minutes at 180°C ( 350°F).
- There you are !
