Croque pancakes with ham&cheese - video recipe!

Ingredients

Pancakes :

• 1.5 cups flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 3/4 cup milk
• 4 slices of ham
• 8 slices of cheddar

Preparation

• In a bowl, mix together the flour, the salt and the baking powder.
• Add the eggs and mix. Then, gradually add the milk, while stirring.
  
• Heat and grease a non-stick pan, then pour some dough on it. Then put half a slice of ham and a slice of cheddar.
• Cover with some batter.
  
• Turn it over, and cook for a few minutes.
• There you are, your croque pancakes are ready!
