- Cut the pastry into 8 rectangles of the same size. Spread some cream on 4 of them.
- Add 1/2 slice of ham on some grated cheese.
- Cover with another rectangle of pastry, and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with some beaten egg, and stripe the top with a knife.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your han and cheese hand pies are ready!
