Prepare the onion: cut it into slices. In a pan, melt the butter and then sauté the onion until translucent.
Melt the butter in a hot pan, then place the galette. Add the ham slice on top and break the egg over it. Season with salt and pepper.
When the egg is sunny-side up (about 5 minutes of cooking), add the cooked onions and cheese, then fold the edges of the galette.
