Ham and eggs quiche
A quick and easy homemade dinner
Preparation

Line a pie pan with the pastry, sting it with a fork and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Combine 3 eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.

Add the diced ham and the chopped chives and stir.

Pour this mix in the cooked pastry, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Then, break the remaining 3 eggs on it.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

There you are, your ham and egg quiche is ready!
