1/2 cup cream

7 oz diced ham

grated mozzarella

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Ham and eggs quiche
    Line a pie pan with the pastry, sting it with a fork and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
  • Step 2 - Ham and eggs quiche
    Combine 3 eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 - Ham and eggs quiche
    Add the diced ham and the chopped chives and stir.
  • Step 4 - Ham and eggs quiche
    Pour this mix in the cooked pastry, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

    Then, break the remaining 3 eggs on it.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
