Remove the top of each bread roll and hollow them out.
Cook the bacon lardons. Spread one tablespoon of sour cream at the bottom of each bread roll, then add the bacon lardons.
Cut slices of Munster cheese and place one slice in each bread roll.
Finish by cracking an egg into each roll, and sprinkle with bacon lardons and pieces of Munster cheese on top of the egg white.
Bake the stuffed bread rolls for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
