vote now
These certified "anti-waste" fritters are perfect for using up leftover macaroni! Instead of reheating them (we can already see your unimpressed face...) or worse, throwing them away, try our fritter recipe! Easy to make, just mix them with ham, grated cheese, and you're all set! A recipe that both kids (and adults) will enjoy snacking on ;-)

Cook your macaroni until tender according to package directions and drain in a colander. Then put them in a bowl and add cheese and ham cut into small pieces. Mix it all.
Put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour.
Make small balls with the macaroni mixture, then dip them in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Let the fritters freeze for 30 minutes.
Fry your macaroni fritters in hot oil at 190°C for 2 minutes.
And there you have it, your macaroni fritters are ready!
Observations
You can also use mac and cheese with bacon instead of the macaroni mix !
