Spinach, ham and cheddar wraps
vote now
For an easy meal that is quick and no-cook, try our spinach, ham, and cheddar wraps! A lighter sandwich than traditional ones, as we replace thick bread with soft, thin wheat tortillas. Perfect for picnics or lunch breaks at work. And of course, we take the opportunity to add plenty of fresh vegetables so the whole family can enjoy them without even realizing it!

Preparation
Wash the fresh spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Spread cream cheese in the center of the tortilla and place a slice of ham, a slice of cheddar, spinach leaves, and pieces of cherry tomatoes on top.Fold both the left and right sides of the tortilla towards the center. Roll the wrap like a spring roll, starting from the bottom and rolling up to the top.
Cut your wrap in half, and there you go, it's ready!
Observations
Vary the flavors by changing the filling: you can make wraps with smoked salmon or with a mixed salad inside.
