- Square mold 20x20cm

- Put the flour + salt + sugar in the kneader. Form a hole and put the yeast into it. Add water + milk and knead at medium speed a few minutes.
- Then add the butter gradually while kneading. LEave the dough to rest at room temperature during 1 hour.
- Then, form balls (about 50 gr each). Take a ball and flatten it in your hand.
- Put a teaspoon tomato sauce into it, then a little ham slice and cover with cheese.
- Close the ball, sealing the dough well.
- Place the balls in a square mold. Apply olive oil on top and then sprinkle with oregano. Leave to rest 20 min at room temperature.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your pizza buns are ready !
