In the bowl of the mixer, add the flour, salt, and sugar, and form a well. Crumble the yeast into the well (be careful not to let it touch the salt!). Add the water and milk, and knead at medium speed for a few minutes.
Then, gradually add the butter in small pieces while kneading. Once the butter is well incorporated, let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
After this time, form dough balls of about 50g. Take one ball and flatten it in your hand.
Put a teaspoon of tomato sauce in the center, then cut the ham slices into pieces and place a piece of ham on top of the tomato sauce. Add grated cheese as well.
Seal the ball by pinching the edges well to close the dough.
Place the formed balls in the square mold. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano. Let rise for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
