Pizza-style boat rolls stuffed with tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella
For an original idea for an aperitif or starter presentation, try our little pizza-style boats! After the flaky croissants, we tried the pizza dough version, for an even crispier result :-) A superb idea to make with the children, since these little loaves will be cut into the shape of boats, for a cooking workshop super fun! Inside, they are generously garnished with tomato sauce, ham and meltingly soft mozzarella cheese.

Conservation: Store these rolls in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days in an airtight container.
Stuffing: You can stuff these pizza-style buns using tomato sauce, ham and grated mozzarella, but also fresh cheese and salmon for example or cheese and fresh spinach! Don’t hesitate to stuff your buns with your favorite ingredients!
Can we use puff pastry? You can of course make this recipe with puff pastry if you want to. In this case, cut circles directly in the dough.
