Chicken enchiladas with chili tomato sauce

Materials
Dish 12 inches x 8inches (30cm x 20cm)
Preparation
Cook chicken in boiling water for 20 - 25 min. Pour oil in a hot pan, add chili powder and flour and stir.
Put tomato sauce, water, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix.
Pour this mix in the pan and cook to thicken the sauce.
Take a tortilla and fill it with grated mozzarella and pulled chicken.
Roll the tortillas and put them in a dish.
Pour the sauce on top an spread it all over the tortillas. Sprinkle some mozzarella and bake 20 min at 350°F ( 180°C).
Remove from oven and decore with avocado slices, chopped cilantro and feta cheese or cotija.
Your enchiladas are ready for dinner ! :D
