  • Tortilla wrap brunch style - Crunchwrap - Preparation step 1Cut the avocado into strips. Mix eggs with salt and pepper and cook them in olive oil and mix continuously with a spatula. Grill the bacon. Take a knife and make a cut from the middle of the tortilla down to the edge.
  • Tortilla wrap brunch style - Crunchwrap - Preparation step 2Divide your tortilla into four quarters. Put the avocado at the bottom left and the scrambled eggs at the top left. Put the bacon slice on top of the eggs.

  • Tortilla wrap brunch style - Crunchwrap - Preparation step 4Fold your tortilla wrap starting from the bottom left quarter (avocado), folding it up over the top left (scrambled eggs + bacon).
  • Tortilla wrap brunch style - Crunchwrap - Preparation step 5Then fold it over to the top right (lamb's lettuce), then fold it down to the bottom right (cheese).

You can make this recipe with your own ingredients.
