Ingredients:
Mango Pudding
1 cup macadamia nuts
3 mangoes, pitted and sliced
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream (or 1 Tbsp coconut oil and 1 Tbsp shredded coconut)
pinch of salt

Preparation:
Process macadamia nuts. Add mangoes and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until very creamy.
Chill and serve. Top with fresh mango and/or chopped macadamia nuts.
This can also be frozen and turn through a juicer with the blank screen to make a delicious ice cream.
